In this webinar we are joined by the Department of Finance who discuss the Digital ID Act and Rules. We also discuss how digital ID may impact the higher education and research sector, and the process for engagement with the Department of Finance.
The Digital ID Act will come into force in December 2024. Relevant rules (Digital ID, Accreditation) are currently out for consultation until 25 June 2024 at digitalidentity.gov.au.
